Micah Justice 

Micah Justice is a seasoned performer, award-winning artist, and creative force from the Inland Empire in Southern California, USA.

 With over 100 original songs and a catalog of more than 100 cover interpretations stamped with her unique style, Micah brings authenticity and soul to every performance.

Over the years, she’s fronted and contributed to a diverse range of projects including The Micah Justice Band, Zen Gospel, The Traveling Stand Still, The Middle Sisters, and Sweet Mischief. She has had the privilege of writing, recording, and/or performing with a wide range of artists such as Jeff Berkley, Chase Walker, Cesar Simo, Alicia Koch, Gino Matteo, Bill Preci, and Suzanne Harper, among others.

Her work has been featured across numerous media outlets including National Public Radio (NPR), G Rock Radio, Coyote Radio, Listen Local Music, KHTS Santa Clarita, KRTN New Mexico, KCAL Inland Empire, Musicology, TheFrontloader.com, Press-Enterprise, Audiofile, Behringer’s Inside Music, and Shakespeare in the Vines.

Micah’s musical journey has earned her several accolades, including reaching the Semi-Finals of the 36th Annual Country Showdown, and winning both the 2017 Valley College Battle of the Bands and the National Orange Show Battle of the Bands. Her bands have been nominated by IE Weekly for Best Blues Band and Best Country Band. She was honored with a nomination to the Inland Empire Music Hall of Fame – Ladies of IE Music and the Cowboy Palace Hall of Fame (via Sweet Mischief). She also earned an Inland Theater League Award for her portrayal of Patsy Cline in Always, Patsy Cline at the historic Ramona Bowl.

Micah has released several recordings including A Fool's Gold, Grounding Techniques, Traveling Standstill, With the Help of My Friends, and A Touch of Madness. Her most recent song, “Romeo”—co-written and produced by Chase Walker—was featured on Education Insight on NPR affiliate KVCR.

In addition to music, Micah is a published children’s author with a passion for helping young readers learn emotional coping strategies and resilience. She is also a prolific abstract and collage artist, with a deep focus on intuitive and emotionally expressive artwork.
